If you are not satisfied with At Point Loan software for any reason, you can receive a full refund according to the following terms:
You must be the original purchaser of the software
You must request a refund within 20 days of receipt of the software. Requests should be sent to productsupport@atpoint.com and contain the following information:
Your full name
Date of purchase
License key
Phone number
Mailing address
Email Address
Reason you are dissatisfied with the product
Include the following statement: "I agree that I will no longer use the At Point Loan product nor will I make it available to another third party user"
